Slime Mold — Variation No. 4 — Famine

This variation of the slime-mold experiment makes a couple of core changes. Firstly, food runs out, meaning the agent simulation will end inevitably (restarting for your viewing, of course). Secondly, the number of agents was significantly reduced, leading to a much slower start, a longer-running simulation, and some other interesting behavior. I think this one could be used in a gallery setting accompanied by some sort of ambient music. Created in collaboration with Claude.
